Wright kart driver Jordan Curuso won his 2nd state title .
taking out the race win in Midgets at the Queensland state titles in Warrick held on the 3/7/11 .
After some machanical issues Jordy showed the Queenslanders what he was made of opening a race winning lead early into the race winning by 2.5 seconds.

In it’s first major event in Australia the Wright karts outfit claimed both the ‘sub-junior’ categories – Midgets and Rookies. With only 0.006 seconds separating the top two in Junior National Light it very well could have a triple treat for the English-made kart.

Wright Karts Australia has been crowned national Open Champions with driver James Golding in the Junior National Light class.
Wright Karts Australia enjoyed a spectacular competitive debut at one of Australia's biggest Karting events of the year - The Victoria Open, where the newly formed Wright team were 0.006 seconds from making it a perfect Hat-trick of Final victories
Following on from the superb debut Wright Karts Australia went to the Australian National Championships with young driver James Golding. Who was to compete in the Junior National Light class on his 2011 Wright Mercury chassis. The Championships was held at Tiger Kart Club
From the off Golding was in dominant form, qualifying on Pole Position after the timed session. Golding followed his performance in qualifying with a perfect two victories in the qualification heats.
Starting from pole position Golding was untouchable, destroying the competition and winning the biggest race of the year by almost six seconds from second placed man Luke Marquis.
The "Apollo" chassis has been developed over many months, utilising many differing driver levels, different tracks and weather conditions. Using the feedback from drivers, technicians and data loggers, we have been able to develop what we believe to be the most complete Cadet chassis we have ever produced. The Apollo is an ideal chassis for both club and Championship level drivers. The standard "Apollo" chassis is suitable for Comer Cadet and WTP Cadet.
The "Mercury Max" chassis offers a number of features that are designed to create the optimum set-up for any driver in any condition competing in the Rotax Max Leopard Clubmen classes. , the Mercury will give outstanding stability and handling no matter which Max class you compete in.
The Suzuka 3 is the flag ship chassis for Wright Karts. This is the chassis of choice for the official Wright Karts racing team. It is the chassis all competitive drivers should be looking at. The Suzuka 3 is suitable for all junior and senior classes. A Rotax Max DD2 version of the chassis is also available.
The "Mercury Jnr" chassis has been developed for sole use in Australia, and is a brand new design which endevours to get the best performance. The Mercury is our first Junior specific chassis to land in Australia shores and already winning the Australian Championship
